Return Policy and Consumer Code Compliance Under Civil

ARTICLE 1. PARTIES

This shipping policy applies between Stanfield, SASU, share capital: €1000, registered with the RCS of 75001 in France on 01/03/2024, under number 985143783, head office: 229 Rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, FR, phone: +33184603424, email: contact@fabelt.com, VAT number: FR53985143783, hereinafter referred to as “the Publisher,” and any private or public individual or entity registered on the Site to purchase a Product, hereinafter referred to as “the Client.”

ARTICLE 2. DEFINITIONS

Client: the person (individual or legal entity) purchasing via the Site.
Site / Fabelt: the online store operated by Stanfield, SASU.
Product(s): any goods offered for sale on the Site.

ARTICLE 3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

3.1 Under applicable European Union and French consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

3.2 To exercise this right, you must notify us (Stanfield, SASU) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g., email to contact@fabelt.com or via our contact form).

3.3 After receiving your withdrawal notification, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. The goods should be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories.

3.4 The return shipping costs are borne by the Client unless the Product is defective or does not conform to the description, in which case we will cover return shipping costs.

3.5 Once we receive the returned Product, or proof of its dispatch, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including standard delivery costs paid at the time of original purchase, within 14 days.

ARTICLE 4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / LEGAL GUARANTEE

4.1 If a Product is defective, damaged or does not conform to its description, you must notify us immediately upon receipt.

4.2 In such cases, we will offer either:

a replacement of the Product, or
a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

4.3 This legal guarantee is in addition to your right of withdrawal and does not affect your statutory rights under French and EU consumer protection laws.

ARTICLE 5. RETURN PROCEDURE

5.1 To return a Product under this policy:

Contact us at contact@fabelt.com to request return instructions.
Pack the Product carefully in its original packaging (if possible).
Ship it to the address we provide.

5.2 Please keep proof of postage or any tracking number until we confirm receipt of your return.

ARTICLE 6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, including but not limited to:

Products made to measure or clearly personalized;
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection, once unsealed after delivery.
