Your Order
Welcome to Fabelt®, we are delighted to count you among our future customers!
To begin, we advise you to create your account and then you are free to choose one or more models and add the products to your basket.
To finalise your order, a delivery/billing address and a payment method will suffice.
In case of payment problems, please contact us by e-mail, our customer service is here to help you!
Once your order has been dispatched, you can find out the carrier and tracking number in your customer account.
This information is also sent by email to the address you have entered.
You can also track your order on our website in the section: Order Tracking.
Once the order has been validated, you can always contact us if you wish to modify your order by e-mail.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, you can no longer change it.
However, you can contact our customer service department who will be able to change it for you if it has not yet been sent.

We do our utmost to ensure that your order is perfect when you receive it.

Delivery
The average shipping time is 48 to 72 hours to prepare and pack your order.
Following shipment, delivery takes between 7 to 10 working days.
You still haven't received your order? We invite you to use the delivery tracking link available in your account.
If the announced delay is over and you still haven't heard from the carrier, contact us by email so that we can find a solution together.
We currently deliver worldwide.
If you ordered several Fabelt, don't worry. You should receive the rest of your order shortly.
However, if something is missing, please contact our customer service team quickly by email and they will help you solve your problem.
If you have accepted the parcel despite a dispute with the delivery person, or if the parcel has been delivered to a third party who has not opened it, and consequently, if the product has an anomaly (breakage, model or colour different from the one ordered), you must send us an email with photos of the damage within 72 hours maximum from the date of receipt.
Refund Condition
You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
This protection is valid from the day you place your order.
Once this period has passed, we will no longer be able to accept a refund.
Once your request for a refund has been accepted, you must return your order in its original packaging.
As the product has been accepted as compliant, the return costs are at the buyer's expense.
We will not be able to issue a refund if:
- You request a refund after the 14 day guarantee period.
- Your product has been discounted (Promotion, Black Friday, Christmas...)
- Your item was custom made or made to order.
Payment Method
Valid promotional codes are those provided by Fabelt®.
Promotional codes cannot be provided to you on request. They are given in very specific cases.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard as well as payments via PayPal.
We take fraud and the respect of your confidential information very seriously, which is why all payments are subject to 3D Secure validation.

Under no circumstances does Fabelt® store or have access to your credit card information.
Similarly, for all payments via PayPal, PayPal ensures the confidentiality of your banking information.
